Sieve flour into a bowl and pour in oil.
Add sugar n salt n sugar n mix well.
Make a hole in the middle n pour in coconut milk.
Knead to a smooth dough, spread it out n brush oil on it cut into stripes n roll into 10 ball, make sure it’s not sticky.
Roll into round shapes.
Heat a little oil in a pan n cook chapatti until well browned on both sides.
NB: The magic here is proper kneading and oil, then let it for 1 hour to double in size, your chapatis will come out soft n in layers.
